As a Community Choice Advantage member, you get the same medical services that are covered by Medicare as well as prescription drug coverage. We even cover some services that regular Medicare and Medicaid don’t cover. And we never charge a co-pay for any medical service.
Your Community Choice Advantage Benefits include:
- No plan premiums
- No co-pays for any medical care
- Choice of doctors
- Medicare prescription drug coverage (required prescription drug co-pays still apply)
- Choice of pharmacies
- Rides to doctor appointments
- Physical exams
- Flu shots
- Routine eye exams
- Assistance with hearing aid costs
- Travel coverage
- Health advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- A care manager (health professional) to help you stay healthy
Other things our health professionals can help with include:
- Personal interaction with a registered nurse
- Help with understanding your benefits
- Health education
- How to get needed care
- Finding doctors and specialists
- Making appointments
- Help arranging free transportation to the doctor’s office
- Help with your needs between doctor visits, NOT just when you are sick
